i am a 22 year old girl. 1 month back i had to take ipill due to unprotected intercourse..since then i have developed lower backache problem..its getting severe from past 2 days..
my diet is also not good and my weight is 40kg which is very less.. from two days m having severe backache n fever..
please suggest the cure for this problem..

These pills have high doses of hormones and it can cause severe spasmodic pain. You can take meftal spas tablet if pain is very severe. Also i would recommend you to see a gynecologist and get ultrasound to confirm that there is nothing is left in your uterus like blood clot which can cause such pain.
