Why Would One Nipple Be Darker Than The Other With Dried Discharge?
My right nipple is darker in color than my left. It is almost always hardened, and it has either dried discharge that comes off of it, or dead skin cells. My left nipple doesn't have this issue. Lately I have become nauseous, fatigued, have unexplained bruises, and alternate between diarrhea and constipation.
Commonly nipples and areola become hyper pigmented when a woman is pregnant or when there are hormonal changes. However, changes in the color of the nipple or hyper pigmentation with dried discharge may be indicative of breast cancer. If you had unprotected sex, did not take any emergency CP. Are having symptoms of nausea then you are suggested to do a urine test for pregnancy. If not, then get your breasts clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get regular checks and mammograms done to stay on the safer side. Your treatment will depend on the reports obtained.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
