Will Albenza Help To Overcome The Problem Of Pinworms?
Hi Dr. Grief, I have had a problem of pinworms for more than a month. I tried the pinworms medication over the counter, also took Tromectol and Fluvermel but nothing worked. Everytime I tried the medication, I was fine for two or three days only. My height is 4ft11, the weight is 104lb. Should I take Albenza? I have just finished Fluvermel last Sunday morning -- Mrs. Tran.

Yes for pin worm that is enterobius vermicularis need to be treated with mebendezole or albendezol...
After taking drugs follow up with anal swab for detecting reinfection is done....
Personal hygiene must maintained toprevnt reinfection.
Keep anal area clean....
Before eating proper hand washing done.
