Will Crohn S Condition Cause A Rupture?

I have diagnosed with Chrones and am scheduled for a colonoscopy on the 4th of Sept. However, I am having severe pain on the middle and lower left side by my ribs, back and stomach. I am afraid of a rupture. will a Chrones condition cause a rupture? Should I call my doctor or wait for my scheduled date?

Thanks for putting your query in hcm . Yes crohns disease can cause perforation. But the pain is intense, there may be fever, abdominal distension and vomiting. So if it is severe pain please visit a doctor for examination. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health
