Will Ecosprin Cause Bleeding In Pregnant Women?

Hello, i am 6 weeks pregnant and my doctor advised to take ecosprin 75,duphaston 10mg,progestron sr300,isoxsuprine hydrochloride tablets and fertigyne 5000iu after i had mild bleeding last week. Please let me know if ecosprin is ok to take as i suspect this as the main cause of bleeading. Regards, Jyoti
