I am 42 years old. Mother of one six yrs old. Trying to conceive again. Recently my doctor advised for USG for antralfollicle count (2nd day of period). Result (on 3rd day of period) Right ovary dominant follicle 21mm x 14mm. Few subcentimetric follicles seen in left ovary. No dominant folicle seen in left ovary. My doctor said the report is confusing. Please help. Taking Fertisure F for the last one month and Duphaston 10 mg for 10 days during last period.
