Hallow Dear, Festone Combi kit is a kit containing Mifepristone 200 mg and Misoprostol 800 mcgm. This is a recommended dose for terminating a pregnancy up to 9 weeks of gestation. Mifepristone is to be flowed by Misoprostol after 24-48 hours. In most of the cases the termination is complete, however, in very occasional cases, the abortion may remain incomplete. Incomplete abortion presents as heavy bleeding with clots. If you are having such type of bleeding even after 8 days, it is most likely that you have aborted incompletely. Please undergo ultrasonography to confirm the completeness of abortion. If you have incomplete abortion, you will have to undergo surgical evacuation of the uterus to remove the remaining products of conception. Since you are bleeding for 8 days, the possibility of infection has to be kept in mind; hence the procedure may be performed under antibiotics umbrella. If you deny this procedure, then life threatening complications like heavy bleeding, clotting disorder (DIC), infection may occur. Please report to the Obstetrician ASAP.
