Hi, Finablad contains finasteride that is used in the treatment of male pattern hair loss, benign enlargement of prostate etc. But like other medications this medication has some side effects. Taking this medication for long time, may aggravate side effects. It may affect the sexual health of men. In clinical trials, one percent or more of men who took finasteride like Finabald experienced ED or erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, ejaculatory problems, trouble having an orgasm, impotency etc. These sexual side effects of this medication haven t always gone away when the drug was discontinued according to some clinical studies. It also may cause reduced sperm counts, changing of sperm motility and morphology. Without consulting your doctor you should not continue this medication for long time. Take care.
