Will Gardenal Tablet Discontinuance Cause Any Side Effects On The Baby?
Hello doctor Im 25 yrs old 2 years back got CP angular tumer operation.. iam taking Gardernal tablet from then starting dosage was 4 gradually reduces to 3 , 2 and now im taking 1 doctor advised me to stop in the month of september. will there any side effect after stopping As im married and we are planning for a baby..will there be any side effect on baby... please advise..

Gardenail that is antiepileptic is prescribed after operations on brain or after head trauma to prevent convulsions post operativrly. Your doctor had put you on gardenail to prevent convulsions post operativrly and has gradually reduced the dose. Now your doctor has advised you to stop it. You can stop it without any problem. There is no harm, in stopping it.
