So can be taken....It has not much side effect....
Cheery not lead to gas ..you might have gas with
constipation may be by sedentety life style with less water and less fiber food...
Drink more water...
Chamomile in tea good for soothing.
Fiber supplement can be taken...
Whole grain , wheat bran , apple , carrot good as contain fiber.
Avocados is fruit that reach in fiber.
Red berries rich in fiber, pottasium ,
magnesium that good for GI health..
Avoid gas forming food like cabbage or cauliflower....
Regular exercise done....
