Will Herpes Affect The Health On A Long Run And How Long Does It Take To Cure?
Sir i am 50 yr. old lady. i am suffering from harpies from past 8 days n my treatment is going on. I have been effected by harpies around right side of my breast . The pain is unbearably n doctors say it will last for another week. I would like to know whether it will effect my health in long run also and are the marks of harpies going to remain. Waiting for the reply. Mrs. Balodi.
Hi. Herpes is a viral disease and you are already under treatment for the past 10 days. As this is infection of the very nerve which transmits the pain signals from body to the brain , pain is intense in starting days. This settles with time. It is better to ask your Doctor to get maximal pain relief treatment. Herpes itself will not cause bad effects in your health in a long run. With the age of 50 it may take a bit long to settle with the problem. The marks will go if you do not over treat them. Applying ice-cold packs does help to reduce the pain .
