Will I Spontaneously Combust If I Have Blood In Stool, Migraine And Discomfort?

Today i pooped blood, got a migraine, had on and off sick feeling all day and my bum is killing me. It was my first ever migraine but I've experienced the blood a few time, very rarely. Am I going to spontaneously combust Doc? Give it to me straight.

i would know your age and occupation?
is your work is too stressful?
you have two different problems
The possibility is of Peptic ulcer(gastritis) disease and migraine
please do not neglect as both can be quite troublesome in future.
kindly try to reduce your stress and tension level which intern reduces your migraine frequency.
if you are taking analgesics ( pain killer) for your migraine can increase your
gastritis.
so I suggest you to consult a general surgeon and an ophthalmologist as early as possible.Wishing you speedy recovery .
