My husband has suffered from back acne for a decade with no relief from oral medications and ointments prescribed by numerous dermatologists. Today I was diagnosed with strep throat and my research on it led me to images of back acne that look exactly like my husbands back! These people suffer from excessive candida. Could treating my husbands back with monistat cure him if I m correct?
Understanding your concern. As per you query your husband have acne on back which occurs when sebaceous gland under the hair follicle get blocked as sebum get accumulated in clogged duct of sebaceous gland along with dead skin and bacteria they produce acne. I would suggest you to apply apple cider vinegar then wash with warm water twice daily. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. Don't pick or touch acne. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzyol peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoids. Sometimes docotr may also prescribe antibiotics. Apply vitamin E oil at night.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
