Will Novelon Help In Treating Chocolate Cysts In Ovary?

Hello doctor, I am 29 years old unmarried woman.I have endometriosis grade 4 and undergone laprotomy and zoladex3.6 injections earlier(2009).now I got cysts again but its a normal cyst about 5cm, not a chocolate cyst.doctor suggests novelon.Now my question is...is it a good tretment?pls tell me how novel on works and how to use it?And pls tel me What kind of diet I can take and what type of exercises I can do?

Hi I think you can take novelon for 3 to 6 months. You can use it from day 1 to day 5 of your periods and can take it for 21 days and then a break of 7 days till you get next periods. Start agin from day 1 of next periods. It helps in resolving cyst by suppressing ovulation. Hope it helps.
