Will Ova Shield Tablet Better Than MTP For Conceiving?

I had taken mtp tab on nov.2012 for 36 days pregnancy and trying for conceiving oct. 2013 but not conceived yet. Doctor advised 1st month clofert tab and 2nd month clofert tab, hcg inj, sustain tab and 3rd month clofert tab but not conceivef yet. After relation maximum sperm Leak outside the vagina. Ours all report are normal then what is reason for non conceiving presently doctor advisef ova shield tab.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Sometimes excess amount of seminal fluid can come out of the vagina.
But usually enough amount of semen can reach the cervix by that time.
This time after taking ovulation induction drugs, better to go for follicular study.
Follicular study helps in tracking the development of ovarian follicle and release of ovum.
By planning the intercourse around the time of ovulation, the possibility of pregnancy can be increased.
If you don't succeed by this also, better to check for:
-Antisperm antibodies
-Patency of fallopian tunes etc.
If needed you may have to go for artificial reproductive methods like intrauterine insemination etc.
