Will Ovral L Prepone My Periods?

Hello, I am getting married on 27th February. For last 3 months I am getting my Menstrual periods also on 27th. I had consult my doctor and took Primolute N last month for 5 day twice a day starting from 14th January. still I got period on 27th. She has now advised me to take Ovral l from 30th Jan to 10th Feb. Will that prepone my periods to 21st Feb?
