Will Positrim Be Effective With Yoga And A Controlled Diet?

I am 35 years old and weigh 70 KG. My height is 162 cm. Is it ok to use Amway's Positrim to lose about 4-5 kgs of weight. I have been going to the gym for the last 6 months regularly, but this has led to an increase in my weight. Will Positrim be effective with yoga and a controlled diet?

Hello,
I have gone through the case and found that if still your weight is increasing then go for TSH blood test and consult to doctor if TSH level is high and also consult to dietician to manage the diet plan and stop positrim for a week.
