Will THC Intake Negatively Affect My Cardiac Ejection Fraction?
Hi, Will ingesting THC negatively affect my cardiac ejection fraction? My fraction is 33% and I would like to try cannabutter to reduce my dependency on drugs I take for my chronic pain. Any help or direction you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you,.
Thanks for the query. THC or derivates have not proven to be cardiotoxic or to depress the ejection fraction; if it helps you come off the narcotics then its a great option, since narcotics are associated with increased risk of cardiorrespiratory arrest and death from respiratory supression.
Hope this helps, wish you the best,
