Will A Bruised And Swollen Ankle That Feels Tight Get Normal After Sometime ?

I fell down my deck stairs on friday and bruised my right leg, shoulder and ankle. My leg was a little swollen after the fall, but now 4 days later my ankle is swollen and the bruising is just nasty. I ve iced it and it s come down a little, but it feels tight. should I get it checked out?
