An ultra sound revealed a cyst near the right testicle last year. I have recently experienced intermittent pain in this area which I first attributed to a sports groin injury. However it is not easing and recurs after a period of walking or heavy exercise. Will this go in time and should I avoid exercise?
Hi, What did the Ultrasound say exactly? Is it an epidiymal cyst? If yes, then nothing to worry about as they are very common and you do not need to restrict your activities and they do not require removal unless you are having pain. I suggest you see your Doctor who can examine you and tell whether the pain is due to the cyst or something else. Without examining it is difficult to tell what the cause of the intermittent pain is.
