Will A Fluid Filled Bruise Get Healed By Itself?

I took a nasty fall 3 weeks ago and banged my calf hard on the edge of some steps. Very ugly bruising and swelling, which is now almost all gone. There is however an area that appears to be filled with fluid and the area is numb, tingly, burning if I press on it. the area is not discolored, just normal skin color. Will this eventually go away on it s own?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Yes, Do not be worried. this fluid will get absorbed by its own and you will be normal in short time. I would suggest you to do following.
1. Hot water fomentation
2. Diclofenac ointment application
3. Tablet Brufen and tablet cefuroxime.
