Will A Pinprick Sensation On The Tip Of My Penis Only During Erections After Excessive Masturbation Heal If I Stop Masturbating For A Few Months?

I am 18 years old and i have never had any issues in my body and i have been fit for my entire childhood and teenage, in quarantine i got addicted to masturbating and the addiction touched the ceiling, i did it alot for a year. Since a week i have been feeling a pin prick sensation on the tip of my penis only during erection. I hope its because of excessive masturbation, will it heal if i dont masturbate for a few months? I am really worried please help

Hello,

Aggressive and prolonged masturbation causes the delicate penile tissue around the urethra to get irritated, inflamed or injured. Thus, you are experiencing pinprick sensation. Take care of your hygiene, be gentle with the area affected. Apply Soframycin cream on the affected area to get relief. Stay away from sex, masturbation or any sexual activity for a couple of days till it heals. However, to stay on the safer side, get done urinalysis (R/E and C/S) to rule out UTI.
