dear doctor,my skin is oily and have pimples on my face and even some marks so will adapalene + clindamycin phosfate gel help me to prevent them

Dear Patient,
If you wish good & more or less permanent cure for pimples you will also require oral medication along with topical medication. The adaplene+ clindamycin cream will give you only temporary relief. Please apply this crem only in night. Best thing is that you consult a Dermatologist.

Yes, medication you are taking will help. Some oil is good for skin to keep your skin moist.
Wash face with good soap and water frequently. Dont scrach facial area. (Cut your naols ) Can try Neem face wash.

u dint mention ur age..yes adapelene n clindamycin is good........but if ur acne is very chronic.get an endocrinological test done.rule out pcod....oral minocycline 50 mg once daily for 7 days might help u as well..all the best
