Will Ampiclox And Flagyl Affect Pregnancy At 37 Weeks?

I was diagnosed of profuse yield of yeast and candida albicans. My caregiver prescribed ampiclox and flagyl at 36 weeks of pregnancy and i'm in my 37th week. I have taken the drugs but i am still worried, please does or would it have any effect on my baby?

ampiclox is safer in pregnancy with category B ... so dont worry....
flagyl is metronidazole which is also safe (CATEGORY B) in last trimester.
BOTH HAVE NO ANY HARMFUL EFFECT ON PREGNANCY
