Will Antibiotic Suffice To Heal Redness On The Area Of Cyst After It S Removal?

Sure....I had a cyst taken out of my left leg...half way between my knee cap and ankle..this has been seeping and yellowish and red around. I was told to put proxide with Qtip and put a gauze with tape over it twice a day. I had surgery on this leg Oct. 14th of this year....I have been on antibiotics for 3 weeks...

Usually antibiotics are given after cyst removal for prevention of infection. These are sufficient to prevent and in case infection is there , also cures the infection.
alongwith patient is advised to keep the area clean and dry.
