my mom died because of abdomen cancer 5years back , last year i got operated for appendix , am scared that will this create any problem in my future ... please help me ...

hi.

what kind of abdominal cancer did your mother died from?

if you're operated on your appendix secondary to an appendicitis, and it was already taken out, you need not worry about anything. unless the final histopathology came in different other than any stage of appendicitis. it is alarming if you had an appendicitis, it ruptured and wasn't clinically recognized and removed. this could progress to abdominal cancer.
