Will Ayurvedic Medication Cure Hydrocele Testis?
I am 73 years old but perfectly healthy and active person. I do daily exercise for more than half an hour including jogging.regular diet of vegetarian and fruits and vegetables milk .i am having only one problem of hydrocele right testis for the last 7-8 years and numerous homeopathic treatments have not helped. . The swelling is about 6 inches in length but frequently changes its size as well as hardness. It causes lid pain when it pushes upwards. Right now I am on Ayurvedic medicines prabha wati bati punarnawadi and vridha Vatica. Do you think this can result in curing the disease although it may take 2-3 months of medication?

First of all to clear the diagnosis just by your history - this looks to an indirect inguinal hernia meaning there is a connection between the '' hydrocele sac and the abdomen''. This is clear as the pure hydrocele does not change the size at all.
Please consult a general surgeon , go for an ultrasound and go for corrective surgery as you are fit too.
No medicines of any ''pathy'' will help. Please go for surgery before some complication occurs.
