Will Birth Control Pills Help To Regulate The Menstrual Periods?

I am thinking about getting on birth control but I am scared of what it will do to me and I don t want my parents to find out because they will freak out. They don t even know I am even thinking about sex. I just want to be safe if I ever come to a right time for me and my boyfriend to have sex. It would also benefit my period and having it regulated. It never comes the same time each month.

Birth control pills contain female sex hormones viz. estrogen and progesterone and it helps to normalize periods in addition to protect from unwanted pregnancy. You can take birth control pills safely now.
