I did the salt and ice challenge not knowing what it would do. i dont know how long i left it on but now my skin is red and it is a little thicker than it should be. Is this a blister and if it is how can i make a fast recovery without having to tell my parents??
You seem to have developed a superficial skin burn due to the test that you did. Now you should keep the affected area clean and dry . Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin over the affected areas twice a day . Do not apply any other cream or oil over it . Wash it with plain water twice a day before applying the medicine . The lesion should heal in few days.
Hope it helps
