Will Blood Test Reveal Marijuana Traces?

I have a blood test next week because I aparently have high iron levels so the docter wants to see if they have normalised. I smoke marijuana. I want to smoke this weekend but I'm not sure because of these tests. For my preivious tests I smoked a week before the test and he said nothing so I don't think he found anything. Please tell me if the thc will be picked up in the test or if he has to specifically test for it?

There is no reason that a test for iron levels would include a drug screen. I cannot suggest that you smoke, but I don't think that your doctor would discover it. In addition, it would not likely matter if he/she did as your medical record is completely confidential.
