Will Butterfly Rashes Cause Any Complications In Pregnancy?

my wife of age 27 is using HCQS-200 and omnaportil-10 in the morning and night after breakfast and dinner. she is suffering with SLE (145 iu/ml) (Elisa) and above 200 iu/ml (60-200) butterfly rashes on skin, and now she is pregnant of 6-7 weeks. is there any complications in pregnancy
