Will Canesten Intake Cause Delay In Periods?

I took a canesten pill just over about 12 days ago for symptoms of thrush which are now gone but my perio is 6 days late. I've taken 2 pregnancy tests which both showed negative. I'm not on any contraceptive pill and wondered if canesten could delay my period?

Uses of canesten have no relation with delay periods.
Delay periods can be caused from:
excessive stress
hormonal imbalance
weight gain or loss ect
You can take duphastone 10 mg bid for 5 days .
