Will Cutting Hair To Medium Length Solve Pain In Root Of Hair, Hairfall While Combing?
I am 22 years old and I have quite long hair for the last 5 years. The last month sometimes during the day when I turn side to my hair I feel pain in the roots. I also have my hair falling everytime I brush them. Finally as far as my nutricion is concerned I scarcely eat vegetables, however I eat many fruits daily. Would cutting my hair to medium lengh ameliorate this pain? What should I do?
See you are suffering from a skin condition in which there is pain at the root of the hair.this is called allodynia. Cutting of your hair will not solve any problem. We do have treatment options for the same but it needs long term treatment with nerve stimulants. I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist soon so that proper treatment can be initiated. Also take good nutrition in the form of fresh fruits, nuts and pulses.
