Will Cyst On The Ligament Cause Issues In Pregnancy?

Hi Im a 35 year old woman, 9st 2 and 5ft 1. I have recently found out I have a cyst on my broad ligiment which in size is 9cm x6cm. I have been advised by Gynacologist that I can chose to have it removed or monitor it and hope it goes away. It was 8cm x 6cm 6 months ago when they first found it. My concern is that I want to try for my first baby and worry that if it bursts inside me and I become pregnant would this put me ot the baby in danger? If so this would maybe help my decision to have it removed. I hope you can advise me. Thanks in advance.

Do some tests like CA 125, HE 4 . Its better to undergo surgery to remove the cyst prior to getting pregnant as the cyst soze is large which can have complications during pregnancy.
See the histo pathology report of the cyst.
