Will Doing Aerobics Help In Losing Weight Quickly?
I am 22 yrs old. my height is 5.3'' n my weight is 74 kgs..i'm following a diet involving oat meals n vegetables...also planning to join Aerobics classes...wanted to know if it will really help reducing weight faster or if gym is better than aerobics?
the best way to reduce your weight is dieting and running. if u can afford to run for 20 to 30 mins daily, it will be way helpfull comparing to gym or aerobics. but if u want to choose between guy and aerobics, aerobics is better. also take some proteins casually which will help in the synthesis of essential protiens needed in the immune system and other important activities.
