Will Drinking Alcohol Cause Birth Defects?

Hey, i noticed i was pregnant went i missed my period 4weeks after the first day of my period. So i drank salt solution and alcohol to get rid of the pregnancy. Unfortunately i did not succeed. Now i wanna keep the baby but i am scared that i might have caused some defects on my pregnancy. I dont normally drink alcohol.Please advice me
