Will Eczema Leads To Skin Cancer?

I had a patch of eczema on and beyond my hairline. I was told it was eczema for two years and then I found a tiny pump within patch and the doctor biopsied it. It was basal cell and I had it entirely removed last month followed by plastic surgery and a skin graft. Can eczema turn into skin cancer?

No, eczema does not turn into carcinoma but it should be remembered that basal cell carcinoma may againe appear particularly if not removed completely.
