Will Evion Tablets Cure Acne?

Hi I m 24yrs old female.. aftr my mrg I have lots of pimple r acne in my face.. I m having dandruff too..eventhough I controlled my dandruff thr s no change in my face.. sme of them told its bcoz of harmonal changes I m having polycystic overy ..shall I take evion 400mg..kindly guide me to overcome these..

Hi.
As per your case history you have hormonal acne.
My treatment advice is -
1. Get general measures for acne like avoiding sun exposure, using a good sunscreen, avoiding cosmetics and home remedies.
2. Even capsule contains vitamin E which is an antioxidant and will not be much effective in case of hormonal acne.
3. Start using a good deep cleansing face wash like Acwash twice daily and topical clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily.
4. Best treatment for hormonal acne is oral cyproterone and eithyl extradition tablet taken from 3rd day of menses. It is better to start it after consulting a dermatologist for better results.
