Will Fever During Pregnancy Harm Baby?

Hello Dr. I m 14 weeks pregnant. I have low fever ( 99- 100) from last 1.5 month. My throid rate is 2.94 and ESR rate is 58. My symptoms are weekness,headace and muscular pain in hand and fingers of legs. Please let me know why i m phasing these problems. Is my baby is safe with this fever.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion weakness,fever,headache,jointpains might suggest viral fever.Don't worry it might subside in a week.Take panadol and adequate fluids.I suggest you to consult a doctor and get neccessary investigations to ruleout maleria,urinary infections etc.Fever might not harm the baby.Take healthy nutritional diet.
