Will Fibroids In Uterus Cause Problems In Conceiving?

i am 32ys. single female i discovered that i have a uterus full of fibroids and one of the large reaching 2 cm above umbilicus , ihave no heavy mense only mild prolonged mense sometimes 9 days, i am so worry about mu future prgnancy and ask for your opinion please? THANKS
