Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. High blood count after childbirth, with fever and joint pain is suggestive of autoimmune diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus or Rheumatoid arthritis. I will suggest you to consult an immunologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Regards Dr Deepti Verma OBGYN
