Am 30 years old, having 3 years baby, now planning for second baby. Recently i got tested for Thyroid. My TSH levels are very high - 13.5. am using thyroid medicine for the past 1 month. doctor suggested me to continue the same medicine for the next 3 months. I don't have any other problems. my cycle is also very much regular. am going to face any problem with TSH levels in my pregnancy. Other 2 levels in thyroid are normal i.e T4 and etc. is this going to be a problem
Before conception a euthyroid (normal thyroid function) state is higly recommended as abnormal levels can interfere with pregnancy. So make sure you follow your doctors advise and help to regularize your thyroid levels to a certain level at least.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
