hello doctor ,,,, i am 17 years old ,,, i have been masturbating for the past five years and now i feel very guilty and sorry for that,,, for the past five years i was masturbating daily,that is once a day... will i get any problem... how to increase my fertility??? pls doctor help me

Hi,kamal thanks for query.Please do not worry,your fertility must be fine and masturbation can not lead to decrease in fertility.Please avoid too much of it.Otherwise masturbation can not lead to any physical effect or defect.bye.
