Hi dear Microgestin is a birth control pill and contains two hormones estrogen and progesterone which regultes the cycle apart from this it prevents ovulation and stops the sperm entry and fertilization..so there are very less chance of you getting pregnant however I advise if you Missouri period by more than 2 weeks than do UPT ,blood hcg levels and USG for confirmatory findings and then you can decide weather you want to Continue or not
Hope this will help you
Thanks and regards
