Will I Lose Hair If I Take Infliximab?

I am about to start infliximab for a neuro condition having had methotrexate and mycophenolate which didn't seem to do the trick.
My main question is, will I lose my hair? Too many conflicting thoughts and answers but need something definitive as I have been led to believe it will not happen. Is this true?

Hair loss, is one of the side effect of infliximab that happens rarely, only in 1-10% of all patients. But that is a temporary loss because new hair will grow up after treatment, just like the chemotherapy. In these cases we have to make a small sacrifice for the our health. As i said even this side effect happens, it will be for a short time.
