Will I Pass The Urine Test?

I drank about 6 beers one night, 4 the next day along with 1/2 gram of cocaine (smoked). 6 days later (approx 151 hrs) . I had a government urine drug test... Will I pass? I began drinking massive amounts of water, cranberry juice by the gallon, cranberry pills, Gatorade and sevearal1/2 gallons of water mixed with 1/4 cup of vinegar. I kept this process up for the entire 6 days leading up to my urine test. I urinated 5 times the day of my test before giving my sample. I urinated a bit outside the cup and filled the cup mid stream. I am a female 5 6 180 lbs. The urine test I took was a 10 panel test including alcohol etg. I have not heard back yet and I am a nervous wreck. What do you think my odds are of passing? I am not a frequent user of alcohol nor cocaine and it had been exactly 13 months since I had used either. Thank you.

Depends on the test. It is very likely you will pass with the cocaine. There are a number of tests of urine alcohol. One of the more common shows alcohol breakdown products. Six days is a bit long on that one. Furthermore, the government tests are set to not have everyone's life totally miserable (they are not set as sensitively as they could be to lower the number of positives).

The odds are decidedly in your favor. Predominantly because you are not showing DEPENDENCE on either (daily use, feeling abnormal when it is not in your system, use of it regardless of consequences, etc.). On the other hand, while I have many many patients who live past 90 with that amount of alcohol intake, I don't have any past 50 who can get away with cocaine use. One lost his heart (severe heart failure), one had a stroke, one had a stroke and became an organ donor, several with scares about heart attack and needing admission and these are from very few or single uses.
