Will Kegels Help Reduce Pink Tissue Like Substance Coming From Vagina?
I have pink tissue coming out of vagina to me it looks like a little ball & little hand. When I was pregnant I thought it was my baby but wasn t all they told me to do was kegels. It isn t bothering me it s just bothering me because it doesn t look so pretty with that.
The pink tissue like substance is the vaginal wall. It is coming out as the bladder [ if it is coming from the front] or rectum [ if it is coming from the back] has its supports broken or weakened. This is called prolapse if the uterus comes with it, cystocele if the bladder comes down and rectocele if rectum comes down.
Kiegels exercises are very helpful, but ,may not always be possible to overcome the defect. So if it increases, it may need surgical correction. Try kiegels for 6 months and see if it improves. If it does then continue them, if it doesn't then consult your gynecologist. Hope this satisfies your query. Thanks for using HCM. Feel free to ask any more questions that you may have.
