Hello,
If the tear has not involved the clitoris, then, achieving an orgasm during sexual intercourse is not affected. If a clitoral tear has occurred, the nerve endings may not heal completely to the original state even after meticulous repair, and so, there can be some hindrance. Please allow proper time for healing before judging anything. Get proper assessment and suggestions from your consultant. Labia heal well and there should be no problem. Take healthy diet and maintain genital hygiene. Hope this helps.
