Will Martifor Medicine Cause Harmful To Baby?

Hi, I am 28 years old.Before 9 month ago I had uti problem . It is repeted 2/3 times. I used martifor medicine . Now I am fine . Urine report is good. When I used martifor medicine then before 6 week ago Its time I am pregency. I am so trouble. I request to you give me a better advise what to do?It medicine is harmful to baby?

Hi, I have gone through your question. Martifur is the brand name of nitrofurantoin. It is not harmful to the foetus and can be safely given in pregnancy.Several studies have shown the safety of nitrofurantoin in pregnancy.
