hi sir, iam a 19 year old male .5'2 hight and 70kg weight. i am mastrubating since from 2 years and some taime 4 times a day. now i am suffering from premature ejaculation and reduced memory. iam was a intelligent boy i scored more than 90% in puc and sslc.Because of these problems i become a slow learner in degree. i just passed marginally in 1st year of degree.please help me sir i want to be normal . i dont want to feel guilty.my penis size is also small 4'.
sir /mam please help me .i want to be good and fameous person in future and i will be.
please help me to overcome from these abnormalities pe,low memory,and small penis size

I understand that you are worried whether masturbation could cause any adverse health consequences. Firstly, masturbation is considered as a normal sexual beahviour and it does not cause any health problems or sexual dysfunction. So, you don't have to worry about that.

Secondly, regarding penis size, you should realize that the size of the penis does not affects one's ability to have sex or sexual performance. There is no proven method to increase penis size. So, I would advise you not to waste your effort and money on the so-called supplements and other advertised products.
